TORONTO: Want to practically get and benefit from spiritual help for real success, solution of your problems and protection? Then just listen to the Voice Of God (VOG).

What is actually the Voice Of God (VOG)? Yes, everybody knows but most of us never care or take it seriously or deliberately ignore it. Misguided and then overpowered by the Whisper Of Devil (WOD), worldly and lustful desires and vested interests, they just shrug their shoulders, move forward and keep running away God and truth.

This is why, despite being extremely powerful, wealthy and seemingly very successful, they always remain restless, unhappy and unsatisfied. In the quest for all these, they keep harming the people, particularly the good, innocent and helpless ones.

They remain incomplete because of disconnection with God and truth. The charm and intoxication of worldly and lustful desires increase crave for more and makes them corrupt and cruel. Since the truth is always bitter and hard to swallow, they find it very difficult to accept and follow. But like the bitter medicine, it is the only cure.

The Voice Of God (VOG) is nothing else but our CONSCIENCE. Whether we like it or not or want it or not, for 24 hours/7 days we keep hearing it and feel its prick and pain when we commit sin or crime or mistake. It is a living proof that God exists and remains with us all the time. We just need to spiritually connect with Him and He will practically connect us to the truth. It looks and seems damn hard but is so simple.

Once plugged in, we are activated like an electronic gadget. Like a bulb, we start glowing with brightness and live with real happiness, contentment, satisfaction and success. This world and all happenings are all examples for us to learn, know and understand as to how to change and live our lives and prepare ourselves for hereafter.

Yes, it is so simple yet we miss the train by ignoring and avoiding God and the truth in all shapes. We always claim to like, love and worship God but unfortunately have become followers, supporters and slaves of the devil. Are we not the ones who most of the time remain under evil influence of the devil and keep him happy? It is the question we must always keep asking ourselves and get the right answer from our conscience (Voice Of God---VOG).

Those who deliberately go against and oppose God and truth and disturb, hurt, harm, fight and kill the good ones, God has severely criticized and condemned them in all the original holy books, scrolls, scriptures and messages. In the Holy Quran, God says:

Sura 16 - An-Nahl (Verse 108): Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes, Allah has sealed up and they take no heed. Translation: Eng-Yusuf Ali.

Sura 30 - Al-Room (Verse 59): Thus doth Allah seal the hearts of those who know not.

Translation: Eng-Pickthal.

Sura 41 - Fussilat (Verse 20): Till, when they reach it, their ears and their eyes and their skins testify against them as to what they used to do. Translation: Eng-Pickthal.

Sura 9 - Al-Tawba (Verse 87: They are content that they should be with those who remain behind and their hearts are sealed, so that they apprehend not. Translation: Eng-Pickthal.

Sura 63 - Al-Munafiqoon (Verse 3): That is because they believed, then disbelieved, therefore their hearts are sealed so that they understand not. Translation: Eng-Pickthal.

Sura 46 - Al-Ahqaf (Verse 26): And verily We had empowered them with that wherewith We have not empowered you, and had assigned them ears and eyes and hearts; but their ears and eyes and hearts availed them naught since they denied the revelations of Allah; and what they used to mock befell them. Translation: Eng-Pickthal.

Sura 46 - Al-Ahqaf (Verse 26): And indeed We had firmly established them with that wherewith We have not established you (O Quraish)! And We had assigned them the (faculties of) hearing (ears), seeing (eyes), and hearts, but their hearing (ears), seeing (eyes), and their hearts availed them nothing since they used to deny the Ayât (Allâh's Prophets and their Prophethood, proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations) of Allâh, and they were completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! Translation: Eng-Dr. Mohsin.

Sura 5 - Al-Maeda (Verse 45): And We prescribed for them therein: The life for the life, and the eye for the eye, and the nose for the nose, and the ear for the ear, and the tooth for the tooth, and for wounds retaliation. But whoso forgoeth it (in the way of charity) it shall be expiation for him. Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed: such are wrong-doers.

Translation: Eng-Pickthal.

Is it still difficult now to understand as to why the people are suffering and so much deaths and destruction are taking place in the name of PEACE and to make the world a safer and better place? Is it difficult to know as to who are the real crooks, criminals, corrupts and cruel?

Is it not crime and cruelty to exploit, cheat and harm the helpless and innocent people? But, unfortunately, this is all happening and we have become a part of it and are to be equally blamed and held responsible for crimes, corruption, cruelties, deaths and destruction.

This is because we are mostly choosing, voting and electing wrong people who DON’T DESERVE leadership at all because they are slaves of the parties they belong to and serving their vested interests. They have least interest in the people or their problems. Even a blind, deaf and dumb person senses and understands this. Are we so stupid and worse than idiots and fools?

Most of the time, the rulers, policymakers, bureaucrats and leaders keep playing with the people, country, system and society and the people silently keep watching, suffering, supporting and promoting them. This is not helplessness but a SERIOUS CRIME.

The wrong people and policies are inviting worst Wrath Of God and destruction. Punishment is promised and cannot be escaped. If the people remain a silent spectator then they too would face the same fate of destruction. Already they are facing deaths and destruction but the worst is yet to come. So it is still time to think and get connected to God and truth and learn to defend and fight for the right and rights. There is no other solution. NEVER vote for any party or person involved in exploiting, cheating and harming the people and country.

I can sense and see the destruction of many powerful, rich and poor countries because of the wrong people, leaders and policies. The very powerful ones would face self-destruction as a result. They cannot stand against the power and Wrath Of God. History, original holy books and people tell us about fate of the past generations and people.

Are we prepared to learn from them? MAY BE NOT. This is what it seems and looks like. Neglecting the good ones, we keep supporting and promoting the stooges and poodles as our leaders. If this is what we keep doing then we must stop complaining about sufferings and destruction because these are what we are choosing and getting.

Unfortunately, the powerful media and intelligence agencies have mostly become organ of the devil and helping promote the Whisper Of Devil (WOD) in the form of dirty and venomous propaganda. The conscienceless and characterless media organizations and people have become a dangerous tool and weapon of the devil. Instead of helping and supporting the people, it is helping, supporting and promoting evil, death and destruction. This is an open fact now. It’s time we correct ourselves before it is too late. For this, let’s help, support and promote each other in all and best possible ways. Learn to respect and be respected. Stand up for the right and rights. Struggle and fight for it. Expose, fail and defeat the crooks, corrupts and cruels.

FIND, FOLLOW PERSONS WHO LIVE,

WORK & DIE FOR CAUSE, PEOPLE

TORONTO: Failures, mistakes, losses, wound and pain always have a lesson for us to learn and hold the key to right destination, triumph and success. One of the most important lessons is to think seriously, live responsibly and work properly, on common lines if working with others, for the right purpose, good reason and just cause.

There are three types of people who view and serve the just cause in different ways:

1) Common people: Who think and try to be good and do something for a just cause.

2) Good people: Who think, live, work and die for a just cause and right reasons.

3) Best people: Who are fully committed to only think, live, work and die for God, people, just cause, right purpose and good reason. They are blessed with best divine guidance, support and protection.

The messengers, prophets, saints and pious persons are best ideals and examples. Prophet Ismail (AS) offered himself for sacrifice and Imam Hussain (RA), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), gave sacrifice to please God. Both of them acted willingly and happily. They have laid the best examples for people who knowingly, willingly, happily and smilingly want to think, live, work and die for God, just cause and people.

This also defines and explains the philosophy of supreme martyrdom (Shahadat) of Imam Hussain (RA) and all martyrs (Shuhada). They all sacrificed themselves just to please God and fulfil their promises and commitments.

Best people are precious gems, very few and hard to find. They are liked and loved by God and emerge and act only on commands of God to help and support the people. God explains as follows as to who the best people are:

Surah Al-Asr # 103 (Verse 1-3): By (the Token of) time (through the Ages), (1) Verily Man is in loss, (2) Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy. (3)

Surah Al-E-Imran # 3 (Verse 200): O ye who believe! persevere in patience and constancy: vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah; that ye may prosper.

Surah Al-Anbiya # 21(Verse 85): And (remember) Ismail, Idris and Dhu al Kifl, all (men) of constancy and patience.

Surah Al-Mumenoon # 23 (Verse 111): "I have rewarded them this day for their patience and constancy: they are indeed the ones that have achieved Bliss..."

Surah Al-Balad # 90 (Verse 17): Then will he be of those who believe, and enjoin patience, (constancy, and self-restraint), and enjoin deeds of kindness and compassion.

Surah Fussilat # 41 (Verse 35): And no one will be granted such goodness except those who exercise patience and self-restraint none but persons of the greatest good fortune.

Surah Al-Insan # 76 (Verse 24): Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them.

All these divine messages tell us about who the good and best people are and the reasons for our failures, sufferings and destruction.

For real success, prosperity, peace and stability we need good leadership and for all these we need true leaders. This is why we must always keep searching for good nature and character people. Then only we can find the good and best people. We must always only encourage, support, promote and vote for the right people, right reason and just cause.

In order to please God and serve humanity in reality, we must always try to live, work and dies for the just cause and humanity and for this unite with all like-minded people.

To prepare and face the toughest challenges and enemies and emerge victorious and successful, we need to have and show great patience and tolerance, faith in God and remain steadfast, determined and committed.

In most of my articles, I add my profile in the end. Many people have objected and taunted me but they don’t understand my reason for using it. There are two important reasons for it. Firstly, it helps me remind and realize about my duties and responsibilities, then analyse about what I have done or what I should have done or what I should be doing now or in future.

Secondly, the positions, designations and capacities mentioned in the profile and as a result the contributions and achievements made makes me and the community feel really proud and gives me the energy, strength and the power to do more and better. It also inspires and motivates others to think and work on the common line.

Thirdly, we keep making new friends from different communities and countries and adding them to the email or other lists. They need our introduction to know who we are and what are our contributions, achievements, aims and objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to repeat.

Although I am a sinner, imperfect person and Muslim, have faults and commit many mistakes, still I seek forgiveness and try to get inspiration and good impression from all good messages, things and people. This helps me a lot

For forgiveness and mercy so that I may not be included among cruel and losers, I always try to remember, understand and recite the following four things:

1) Surah Al-Fatiha # 1 (Verse 1-7): Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, (2) The

Beneficent, the Merciful. (3) Owner of the Day of Judgment, (4) Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help. (5) Show us the straight path, (6) The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not (the path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. (7)

2) Surah Al-Anbiya # 21 (Verse 87): And (mention) Dhu'n-Nun, when he went off in

anger and deemed that We had no power over him, but he cried out in the darkness, saying: There is no God save Thee. Be Thou glorified! Lo! I have been a wrong-doer. (87).

3) Surah Al-Mumenoon # 23 (Verse 118): And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord!

Forgive and have mercy, for Thou art Best of all who show mercy. (118)

4) Surah Al-Araf # 7 (Verse 23): They said: Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves.

If thou forgive us not and have not mercy on us, surely we are of the lost! (23)

IQRAR-UL-HASSAN SYED: I am greatly impressed by Iqrar-ul-Hassan Syed, host and anchor person of ARY News. Indeed, he is a brave person and daring man and I keep praying for his long life and protection. His programme "Sar-e-Aam" on various topics has exposed many serious crimes and the dirty faces of crooks, criminals and corrupt officials. He inspires me to live, work and serve people boldly humanity in reality.

There are many others busy working and serving in similar ways and we must always encourage and support them in every ways. The daring ones deserve and need full backing, support and protection. They are the ones who are risking their lives to bring a REAL CHANGE.

For Good Governance and practical changes we need a team of such people. Yes, we need such team leaders. Let’s support and promote all such people and if possible join them to make them very powerful and stronger.

GGF: I recently joined the Good Governance Forum of Pakistan as Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan-Canada (PCR) with the same intention and purpose. My motto is `Serve Humanity In Reality’. The GGF impressed me because they are trying to bring practical and positive changes in Pakistan. They are thinking and working on common lines.

In Canada, through Pak Seniors Forum (PSF) and all other positions and platforms of important organizations including NEPMCC, I keep trying my best to serve the community and humanity and keep requesting, appealing and thanking people for the encouragement, help and support. I keep thanking The Almighty for the blessings and guidance.

In conclusion, I request and appeal to all people, particularly Overseas Pakistanis, to come forward, unite, live, think and work together and struggle for the common just cause and to Serve Humanity In Reality. It will help one and all in solving problems and issues of the people, community, society, system, country and the world. For this proper awareness, understanding and practical action is needed. Only this way we can promote love, bring people together, unite them and turn with determination dreams into realities. Our aim is to end corruption from root-level and bring and ensure Good Governance.

TORONTO: The Pak Seniors Forum (PSF) has joined hands with Better Living Health & Community Services, a leading renowned and recognized major organization with an established excellent track record, tremendous contributions and remarkable achievements, to serve the community. Many other such major groups and organizations are showing great interest and coming forward to work with PSF for the common cause---Serve Humanity In Reality.

Pak Seniors Forum is supporting and participating, along with its encouraged and recommended observer groups of various communities, in the ‘Happy Healthy & Independent at Home’ event being held on Monday, November 04, 2013, at 10:00 am sharp at Thorncliffe Branch, 48 Thorncliffe Park Drive, Toronto (Where the library is located).

The co-sponsored program is facilitated by Anna Azaryan, Outreach Assistant, from Better Living Health & Community Services. The main purpose of the event is to enable the participants to learn more about programs and services of Better Living Health & Community Services that will make it easier for the people who care for themselves, their families and others to stay healthy, happy and independent at home.

The PSF team will coordinate and extend all possible help to make the event a real success. A large number of community members and distinguished personalities are keen to participate in the event.

The Pak Seniors Forum (PSF) has made success in caring and healing the painful wounds of the community caused by exploiters, particularly community leaders, and dirty politics. PSF is working hard to restore the trust and confidence of the people and in convincing them to become fully active with the concept---Live and work together---to help themselves and others

PSF is encouraging and motivating them to participate in all such events and activities which can greatly help in uniting and benefiting the members of all communities. It will particularly help the Overseas Pakistanis to think and work on a common line, for a just cause and to become the strength and powerful voice of all Pakistanis.

Only this way and through proper awareness, understanding and unity we can help bring a practical positive change in Pakistan and elsewhere.

Better Living Health and Community Services (http://www.betterlivinghealth.org)/ info@betterlivinghealth.org, works in collaboration with a variety of partners, including other community support service agencies, private sector businesses and government agencies.

Better Living Health and Community Services operate multi-purpose community programming at the Better Living Community Centre. The lively centre is for those who enjoy coming together to meet new friends, take part in active, creative and social programs, or explore exciting new volunteer opportunities.

The centre is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and select evenings and weekends for specific programs. Low annual membership fees offer new and renewing members significant class fee savings. Some programs have only limited spaces available and require sign-up in advance, while others can accommodate drop-ins.

Types of Programs: There are a wide variety of programs offered to suit different types of interests. We offer fitness classes, travel opportunities, recreation and leisure activities, arts and culture programs, life-long learning courses, computer classes and workshops, social opportunities and special events.

Members of the Better Living Community Centre can receive rides to and from the Centre at a discounted rate through the Better Rides program.

Founded in 1969, Better Living Health and Community Services (previously the Don Mills Foundation for Seniors) has been providing programs and services to support individuals, families and communities in living healthy, happy and independently. Better Living includes:

Community Care: Better Living provides a range of essential community support services that allow individuals to stay healthy at home longer and address the important caregiver and family needs.

Long-term Care: Better Living at Thompson House provides older adults with 24-hour supportive and medical care in a friendly environment designed to meet changing needs.

Hospice Palliative Care: Alliance Hospice: a division of Better Living supports people dealing with advanced illness, death and bereavement in their own homes.

Leisure Activities: Better Living offers wellness and leisure programs for adults of all ages to enjoy social interaction while maintaining their mental and physical health.

Education: Better Living offers a variety of learning opportunities for individuals and families that provide the right knowledge and tools to live healthy, happy and independently.
